The day to day management of the club is done by a committee of volunteers, made up of parents, coaches and friends of the club. The committee is in place to ensure the financial viability of the club, and that the clubs aims are upheld: to coach and train its swimmers with the necessary skills and fitness, in a competitive environment; and to compete at the highest possible level in a safe, caring and friendly atmosphere.

All suggestions and proposals from parents and swimmers are welcomed.
